Academy Storey Board Academy Storey Board 2 After pitching my idea to my client they thought the best advertisement for the academy was to combine two of my ideas, so here is a new story board of my ideas combined.

For the advert i will be filming the academy dancers performing a routine, once I find out who will be in this sessions I can post a list of the names of students, I will also be filming the teacher instructing the students this will be Miss. West.

George Haywood will be the playing the character of 'Big Tempah' in our music video. He uses a variety of different costumes throughout the music video these include: a beige body warmer, cream/ beige cheenos, a grey jack wills hoodie, a white polo, a white adidas jacket, a grey coat, a grey super dry jumper, blue jeans and grey/ beige jacket.

Props, costume, make- up for academy advert.

Props- The props required will be included within the set, for props i need the speakers used in the studios and the lighting.

Costume-  There isn't a specific costume, I just need to dancers to be wearing the clothing representing the academy (uniform).
Make-up- Make-up isn't needed as as we want to show the academy as about dance not about how you look whilst performing.

For my original idea for unit 29 i was unable to complete documentation of props/ costume/ make- up and casting decisions. Several groups were joined together and we decided to do a different idea altogether in which we were allocated different jobs one of the jobs i was given was to plan and supply all the correct props, costume and make up for filming our music video. I also helped encourage one of our groups members to take on the role of our artist in our music video.

Dance Academy.

Key information about the academy:

• professional training whilst you study
• you must audition 
• its a two year progranme 
• the academy is equipped with two fully sprung and mirrored dance studio's 
• a wide range of Alevel and vocational qualifications available, including  Alevel dance & BETC performing arts (dance) 
• The academy will give the students an opportunity to attend a variety of trips
• you can complete bronze, silver and gold dance awards recognized by UCAS

What qualifications will come out of the dance academy?

You will gain certificates and training in a variety of dance styles and also work towards qualifications such as Gold Arts Awards

What are the entry requirements ? 

It is an audition based entry of a class workshop as well as also studying either A'level dance or Btec dance at glenthorne 6th Form.

And do the students need to supply their own equipment if so, what do they need?

There will be a dance academy uniform which will need to be purchased- a t-shirt and dark leggings or jogging bottoms and a folder to organise all work from the dance workshops.
